It's part of Symantec Endpoint Protection: Plugin for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

@adele You can open a private window where this plugin is not active. Than you are able to open the site.
@dnkrupinski I understand, but I would like to know why this site has been categorised this way. The plugin doesn't provide some explanation ?
