1. Acceptance of Terms

• Community Guidelines: You agree to adhere to the community guidelines and rules of the Instance. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Limitation of Liability

• No Responsibility for User Content: The Instance does not endorse, support, or verify the accuracy of any user-generated content. You use the Instance at your own risk.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Instance and its administrators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Instance or your violation of these Terms.
• No Warranties: The Instance is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The administrators of the Instance are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Instance.

4. Content Moderation

• Reporting Content: If you encounter content that violates these Terms or the community guidelines, you can report it to the Instance's moderation team.
• Moderation Actions: The Instance reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or the community guidelines. However, the Instance is not obligated to monitor or moderate content.

5. Termination

• Account Suspension: The Instance reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or the community guidelines.
• Appeals Process: If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal the decision through the Instance's appeals process.

6. Privacy

• Data Collection: The Instance collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Instance, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

The Instance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the Instance after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

ActivityPub instances federate with other instances by exchanging data with them over the network. Exchanged data includes things like accounts, statuses, likes, boosts, and media attachments.

This exchange of data is open by default but can be blocked for instances on specific domains via a domain block created by an instance admin.

Alternatively, if this instance is running in allowlist mode, exchange of data with remote instances must be explicitly allowed via a domain allow entry.

Blocked domains

When a domain block entry is created on this instance:

• No new data from instances on the blocked domain will be created on this instance.
• Interaction between this instance and blocked instances is cut off in both directions.
• (In case of an exact match): Any existing data from blocked instances are deleted from the storage of this instance.
