I’m always lost when I see time in AM/PM format.

Something like 12:10 AM is so strange, I always hesitate what is this 12 ? midnight !
Beginning the day with 12, so wtf

(sorry if this is so clear for you)

@adele Formally 12:00 is neither AM nor PM, it is exactly noon and midnight. The English convention of 12:00 AM/PM is confusing on the continent, unfortunately we have failed to negotiate a common language and are cursed to use something outside our "local culture".

@adele It’s only (kinda) clear to me because I’ve lived with it so long. I changed my computer clock to 24-hour time because it feels more logical, so now I spend half my day subtracting 12 from things to figure out what time it is.

I’m thinking of switching to UTC next to punish my brain even more.
