@adele What can we do change governments, economy, policies?
We can do a lot, by reversing this fear in our own mind.
We can train to, at the level of our present capacity, to welcome those who are fleeing war, famine, climate disaster, political persecution and all people who need help.
Even if we begin with small things, a smile, a piece of bread, a blanket, offering a night in our house, it has an impact that we cannot measure.

@adele If we overcome our own fear, we cannot vote for nationalists, xenophobic, racist, macho. All these grow on the soil of fear.
