Owning my Fediverse instance seems cool, but it is difficult to populate the timeline... even public timeline is empty at start. If you have not a previous account on an instance with many users, it is difficult to find interesting Tooters.
I could migrate my phpc.social account but I don't know if I will keep this #gotosocial instance.
Good to know, if you run #gotosocial on an Intel™ N280x cpu, embedded wasm does not work. Install gotosocial-nowasm tarball and ffmpeg, ffprobe and sqlite3 packages from your distro.
Otherwise you couldn't find account with emoji in the name or special profile photo.
🥳 Manyfold v0.102.0 is out, with a few bugfixes and improvements, but as we mentioned last week, the main change is that we're no longer providing 32-bit ARM builds for old hardware.
64-bit ARM will always be supported though, so as long as you're running on something fairly recent, you should be fine.
